My full personal training package begins with a free 30 minute session where I get to know you, your training history, lifestyle and discover your goals. This will allow me to design a programme for you that will work towards you achieving them.
Each training session is an hour long with measurements and body composition analysis periodically. Your measurements are logged in my app for you to track your progress. All sessions are tailored completely to you and your goals and are always fun and varied.
My main packages include a bespoke programme for you to follow via my app outside of your training session with me and I will also provide you with nutrition advice to back up your training and full support should you have any questions at all and of course to help you keep on track.
My training is based on a 4 week minimum package and I offer discounts the more sessions you have with me a week.
