Having been one of those people who has constantly joined the gym over the years and then left within the first 6 months, I then decided to invest into a PT and I'm glad I did.
Sharon has been amazing in helping me keep focused and motivated throughout each session. Each session has been different and I'm constantly learning new moves and being pushed to the next level, (despite my inner thoughts saying "can I actually do this, is she having a laugh?!") I actually go and do it!! This is due to Sharon having the confidence in me, which in turn gives me the confidence to complete any challenge she throws at me! I'm definitely getting stronger, feeling a lot healthier and seeing positive results, which I'm very happy with.
I used to hate going to the gym and felt uncomfortable just even stepping into one, but from day one, Sharon has made it more relaxing and enjoyable. She's very easy to get on with and that helps if you are training with someone a few times a week! Had I not met Sharon, I don't think I could have gone on this weight loss journey on my own, so I'm very happy I found her! I thoroughly recommend her.
Sharon is a fantastic trainer. I started training with her to get in shape for my wedding day. As a results, I achieved my goal weight and felt amazing in my dress, but more than that, I now have a structured approach to my weekly training and feel comfortable using weights which has made a huge difference to my body and strength. Before working with Sharon, I used to do cardio-based classes, was intimidated by the weights section and was more focused on calorie counting than macronutrients so I never saw any changes despite spending hours each week at the gym.
I enjoy all my PT sessions which are varied and focused on pushing me to achieve more each time. I think where Sharon really stands out is the dedication to keeping in touch with her clients and getting to know them, which helps keep me in check! I'd recommend her to anyone.
I started PT sessions with Sharon to lose weight and tone up for my wedding. I have had long term issues with my back and hips and Sharon tailors my sessions to strengthen the muscles in these areas and over the past 6 months, I have noticed a huge improvement in my posture and back pain.
Sharon carefully teaches me techniques and provides a range of different exercises for each session so it's never boring! Her support outside of the sessions has kept me on track with workouts for the gym or at home, nutrition advice and recommended recipes.
Sharon's support has led to a change in lifestyle for me in terms of diet and fitness and has made me actually enjoy exercises rather than dread it!

Like most, I wanted to start training to lose weight, gain muscle, and look/feel comfortable. I could tell straight after meeting Sharon that she would be the one to make that happen. The think about Sharon is, she doesn't treat you like you're just another person wanting to lose weight. She makes a real effort to get to know you, and I really feel this from her personalised training techniques and nutrition advice.
Sharon has always made me feel strong and confident, and pushes me to my limits. She's a great motivator not only during training, but with her regular "check-up" messages also.
I can honestly say there hasn't been a single occasion I haven't enjoyed training with Sharon, even doing the cardio that I love to hate, I still find myself having fun and am always looking forward to training now.
I still have a little way to go to reach my goals, but I now know more than ever before about nutrition and have learnt loads of new exercises to keep me busy, all thanks to Sharon.

I have been working with Sharon for 4 months now and even when I moved to the other side of London, I decided to keep working with her instead of finding a new PT nearer me. This means I now travel around 1 and a half hour just to train with her; she is most certainly worth it!
Sharon's sessions are always different, fun and a real challenge, but she is such a great motivator that she makes you find the strength inside you to not give up. What's even more important for me is that she is always available, sometimes I text her even too much but she is always there for everything and happy to help and I can talk to her about everything!
I feel in safe hands and I would recommend her to all my friends and those looking to go out of their comfort zone to achieve great results! My best decision since I decided to lose weight and love myself more. Thanks Sharon!
